Bulbul Berlin is run by the owner of former eponymous Kulturcafé on Görlitzer Straße, Nidal Bulbul, and the artist Mudar El Sheich Ahmad. With the help of various collectives, they organise the club and cultural program for the premises of former Farbfernseher. Bulbul is one of the few clubs in Berlin that focuses on the North African and West Asian genre. It’s not only a place where you can dance and celebrate, but also a cross-cultural community centre for artists and people who feel part of the community.

We’re creating a night dedicated to the club kids and club culture, calling out for diversity in the artistic queer community. Our goal is to amplify the voices of BIPOC queers and to provide more space for their talents and art. We want to create a bridge between all creatives regardless of gender and sexuality, but with a main focus to spotlight QPOC and immigrants.
